Round 2: Pre-Awakening AUs, Personas and Tarots, Lets Plan!

We've made this post for a very quick round of pre-drive planning. Post the characters that you are interesting in trying out and ask for advice or suggest, or even try to look/entice for castmates! Suggest pre-made AUs where someone from cross canon has been living with you for a while, so when you begin the test proper tomorrow you'll have an idea of what you want to do!

The city of Eddan is like a typical metropolis, your characters can have any job that would make sense in a busy city. They don't have to be restricted to the school, or have a school job.

You are free to continue using this post to plan or ask the mods test-drive related questions. We'll do our best to answer in a timely manner! If you're not sure, don't be shy about asking. There's a lot of freedom!

You can also request to roll for a Persona. You can find information about Persona and the Awakening here. Ask for as many test drive characters you have if you'd like!

If you want to assign your character a tarot card for test drive purposes, you're free to pick whatever you think fits best. Your character's actual Arcana will be assigned after being accepted.

Anyway, no classmate shenanigans doesn't mean their paths won't cross, although Kouyuki (Shirou) will likely blankstare or smileyface any sass or dead eyeing he happens to receive. That or lightly sass back like the brat he is. Boy's nice and polite and happy, but some things haven't changed at all. I'm sorry, Christopher.

Doubly sorry for his stats and, um, everything else that'll follow given his whole...you know. But on the plus side, if you've got his back, that means you're not standing in his way? 8D

But I'm pretty sure him being best friends with Chikusa will still be a thing, yeah. So that could absolutely be one way they could end up bumping into each other, for sure! Honestly even then I feel like Yamamoto will probably wander around the school helping out where he can anyhow, so it's not too difficult to see him. I'll have to read up on school stuff, however, just to double check and make sure. :a

HELLO ALL I am Rui bringin' you this cute little moon from Persona 5, Yuuki Mishima. Admittedly I am still a little undecided on whether I do want to join the game but I'd thought I'd toss this up to just to see if anybody's interested on having this nerdo in their family.

He's a good kid but a liiiiil' power hungry due to being picked on and bullied a lot, so giving him a Persona will be uh....... interesting LAUGHS I described it to my friend as "giving a kid a chainsaw" so yeah. And honestly god help them if he learns who the Phantom Thieves are aside from Akira. He's going to be That Teammate who does shit just to try to look cool and completely overcompensates and underestimates things and he's a hot mess please don't look at him...

As for school he'll be a student just like in canon, maybe at the head of the nerdo computing/programming/whatever club?? maybe, we'll see.

It sounds like my kind of neighborhood tbh haha I am hopeful to move in! And honestly I still need to deeply read and deliberate on this very serious question, but I was thinking of making him Navigator + Psy + Negotiator/Sorcerer + Offensive. If you meant by what it would look like, tbqh all I can think of is a pineapple with owl wings so... that's still a work in progress.

Also I can't believe I forgot to include his age lol but I was thinking 15-16. And if there is a nest of goody-goodies that need ruining then clearly Mukuro is the best guy for the job.

Excellent, Chikusa is going to have so many cute (and shady, looks at Mukuro) friends to bring to gardening club soon!! I think Yamamoto and Lenka would get along pretty well even though they're like polar opposites on the outside just because they're both relatively good-natured but will also absolutely wreck your shit for messing with any of their people. :3c!

School-wise, the cycles are in different campuses, but they're all connected so personally I've been handwaving that there are, for example, club duties on different campuses and so forth.

That app... At least thanks to it, they won't be able to fall back on those tried and true excuses: Nothing's wrong and I'm fine. So, you're right, there might be discussions someday! But it's hard to say with how good these two both are at avoidance.

Unfortunately, if they're given the time to interact at all before Michi awakens, Kouyuki isn't even the type to ask him to stay on the track team. He'll see Michi's refusal to commit as going wherever the wind takes him, and he'll be inclined to believe that eventually Michi will find the something he was meant to be doing on his own. That said, while Michi will be around, Kouyuki will happily practice with him. He won't bat an eye at the bossiness, will genuinely appreciate any competitive spirit he's shown and the fact that Michi is someone similarly gentle in nature.

That said, it's not very fun to be glued to your phone all the time, Michi. That sort of thing sounds tiring.

And just... Kidou without Kageyama's shadow looming over him. It'll be a really fascinating thing to behold, but terribly sad, too. Or...it'll be sad for those who'll register the significance behind the difference between him and Michi. Which won't be Shirou. He'll only see what's on the surface and register that they are different. Thank goodness Genda and Sakuma are both here.

Hihi all! I'm Art, I'm insane to even be considering apping here, but I'm doin' it. I'm probably bringing Byakuran from KHR here if I do end up apping, but I've got few ideas for AUs. Or maybe the problem is that I have too many? He's easy to fit in anywhere, after all; AUs are kinda his thing!

He's going to be a student, that much is certain. Yes, I'm playing the TYE version ignore my icons. He's a little less of a douchebag in that era, so it makes it easier. He'll probably be in a club or two, get high grades despite being a space case, and in general be an insufferable prick when his head's not in the clouds.

Personality... Shitlord of shit mountain in the land of garbage dumps a good summary? He's not as bad as he once was (going to be, TIME TRAVEL BULLSHIT), but your average rabid baboon is nicer than his marshmallow-orchid ass was. He doesn't do nice things for other people without expecting something in return or having an ulterior motive unless the fate of the world is on the line. Which might count as an ulterior motive; he lives there. Sometimes his motive is simple, though. Like shits and giggles or to prove he's not totally evil. Doesn't mean he won't cheat at rock-paper-scissors and semi-gleefully attempt to kill things, though. That's canon.

Oh, and he's psychic and near omniscient in canon. It's a mess.
