There was a pause in Heiji's reaction. Something the detective entirely forgot about since his awakening: school. It didn't help that the facade he had been living made him a rather devote student. Heiji would draw too much attention just inexplicably skipping school.

"Right. How 'bout after school then?"

While Heiji didn't have to agonize relearning elementary material, just reviewing anything he already knew was enough of a deterrent.
