Heiji was a little more in tune with his emotions than Kudo, which was probably why he was more prone to losing his temper. The teen couldn't help but feel a twinge of anger when his gesture was escaped. Not that Heiji intentionally meant to reach out like that in the first place, but it didn't make him any less calm.

"Should we wait 'til night?" His tone carrying some of his unwarranted anger.

Heiji would continue to look for clues, but there wasn't a whole lot they could do with the sun still out.
